Awww... Mother's Day. It's such a warm, fuzzy day filled with handmade cards by kindergartners, bouquets of flowers, chocolates and brunch.
And everyone wants to say Happy Mother's Day. Even giant corporations, like ... say... Proctor & Gamble, which released its "Thanks Mom" advertisements just in time. The ads are fun, whimsical tributes to mothers and their children, and we love the sweet images they convey.
But the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics feels that P&G could take it a step further and do something very meaningful for mothers everywhere, and that is to remove the chemical 1,4-dioxane from all of its products. P&G, they say, has made great strides and not all P&G products contain 1,4-dioxane, but if they can take it out of some products, then why not all?
The safe cosmetics people have drafted a letter to Proctor & Gamble, asking them to do just that - in honor of moms everywhere. You are invited to add your name to the chorus, in honor of yours.
Happy Mother's Day.

Interesting ideas! Hmmm.. last mothers day, I gave my mom a bouquet of flowers as my gift and her chocolate cake and I'm really glad that she like it. I just wanna share it. Thanks for sharing this post.
